- Bria LApr 04, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not at all impressed with their customer service. There seems to be only one person that works in the office and she always has an attitude. Any question that you ask, she answers as if you are bothering her or should already know the answer. The only way to pay is going in person and good luck trying to catch someone in the office. The lady that works in the office transfers the office phone to her cell and is not always at the storage center during business hours. She gave an estimate of when she would be back a few times and wasn't there each time. You can't pay over the phone or online so it's pretty inconvenient for people with busy lives.
