    The purchasing of the r.v. was fine they were helpful In setting up the insurance and informing us about everything. But it is four stars because we had an appointment for 11:30am and we were there 10 min early out of respect for their time but we ended up having to wait almost an hour before the orientation started. Other than that it was great.
